- Legal firm start up – Sydney CBD – (750m2) full design & build of fitout, furniture supply, co-ordination of all services, relocation planning and execution, ongoing upgrades and additions.
- Legal firm – Surry Hills Sydney – (450m2) relocate vs refurbish review and inspections, furniture audit, review of tenancy fitout design tenders.
- Yoga Studio Mosman – (220m2) – full fitout and design, submission of DA and building approvals, co-ordinating all trades and services
- Financial Services Sydney – expansion of existing tenancy into adjacent premises and reconfiguring of occupied workspace (850m2). New fit out, furniture supply, and co-ordination of all services.
- Financial Services Melbourne – locate new premises (450m2), negotiate terms, full fit out design, liaison with building contractors, all new furniture and fittings, full relocation service. Make-good works on redundant premises.
- Financial Services Brisbane – negotiate terms, expansion and refurbishment works including furniture and fittings.
- Music distribution Sydney – heavy technology driven music industry client requiring property search (220m2), lease negotiation, fit out modifications and relocation services.
- Television Sydney – property search, lease re-negotiation, fit out modifications to two existing premises.
- Residential refurbishment -preparation for the sale of a 4 bedroom home in Cremorne, NSW – co-ordination of all trades and services, approvals, interiors, landscaping, completed in 10 weeks.
- Mental Health – major refurbishment of a private psychiatric hospital over 12 months undertaken while remaining fully operational. Set up of off-site administrative offices, including lease negotiation and fit out works.
- Property development – residential golf course developer, head office premises search (650m2) and co-ordinating fit out design and construction, full relocation planning.
